Auction Sale of Vintage & Classic Tractors, plus Associated Machinery, Parts & Spares

 

Entry Form

 

Sale of Parts & Spares to commence at 9.30am, followed by Associated Machinery to be sold no later than 11am then Tractors (approx 12.30pm)

 

Entries will be accepted 9am-4pm on Friday prior to sale. Entries on the day for parts will be accepted up to 8.30am on Saturday Morning.

Machinery last entries will be accepted up to 10am on Saturday.

Tractors will be accepted up to 10.30am on Saturday

Our popular bi-annual vintage sale includes over 300 lots of parts, spares & associated machinery followed by approx 80 vintage & classic tractors

Entry Fee payable of £10 in advance (vehicles only) - refundable upon sale (please note that until the entry fee is received by the office vehicles will not be advertised on the website or in print to ensure integrity of the catalogue)

Vendors - wherever possible, please provide photographs of items entered in the sale, either by accompanying the entry form of by e-mail to Donna@auctionmart.co.uk or info@auctionmart.co.uk (this will enable us to market your entries to the best of our ability)

We encourage ALL Entries to be brought in on Friday 13th May 9am - 4pm  for inclusion in the sale day catalogue.  Entries may be brought on morning of sale from 8am but these will not be listed in the sale day catalogue.

Order of sale - 10.00am - sale of parts & spares, followed by machinery & accessories, followed by tractors at approx 12.30pm

General Auction Information

Entries may be delivered on the Thursday and Friday prior to the sale, a sale day catalogue will be preoduced for all items on site by 4pm on the Friday afternoon - this catalogue will be available to download after 6pm.

Viewing time is on the Friday before the sale from 12 noon to 5.00pm and morning of sale from 8am

Buyers premium is applicable at this sale on parts & small machinery of 5% plus VAT, but no buyers premium applies to the tractors

Some items may be subject to sales VAT, highlighted in cataloge and announced by auctioneer at time of sale.

We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (credit cards subject to a 3% surcharge of the total invoice amount)

Vendor Information

All customers wishing to sell at this sale must submit an entry form to the office prior to the sale, along with the necessary entry fee if applicable.  

Further entries will be accepted after the catalogue is completed up to and including the day of the sale, however, pre entered vehicles will be allocated preferential lot number.

Clitheroe Auction deducts the following commissions: vehicles are subject to a commission rate of 5% up to £2000, 4% £2001 to £5000 and 3% thereafter.  Entry fee for tractors is refunded when sold through auction.  All parts are sold at a commission of 10% with a minimum of £1 per lot. All commission rates are subject to VAT at the current rate
